  GM is rude to employees. I used to work here and they can be nice but sometimes the way they talk to you makes you feel uncomfortable. me and my fiance came through today and the people at the window were trying to understand what my order was cause it wasn't right and then the GM comes up all mad yelling at them to pull me forward as they were asking me for what sauce I would like, I didn't even get my drink at the window and she scared them into such a rush they forgot our fork and it's the second time in the past week our order been messed up. It's annoying watching them struggle because someone working has a bad attitude and doesn't care about the customer just their time.

  The workers are rude and one of the workers that is fat was using profanity in front of my 10 year old sibling.

  Today October 29 again to Arby's. Had an Italian. First visit very nice. This time the bun was so bad, it was not eatable. Probably will never visit anymore if not in high need. I do not understand how they dare to give this to customers.
